We are continuing the product for 6 months (to October 31st) to give customers enough time to off-board. Can we continue using the product past the sunset deadline?.Rather than splitting our focus between two products, we are shutting down the Automate product so that our team can focus on bringing our expertise in integrations to the Notion platform to quickly build the best product that enables our vision. We are partnering with Notion to create a product that enables people to easily build their own software that works for them. Zapier is partnering with us to offer 12 months free on their paid plan subscriptions to eligible customers (i.e those who have a paid Automate.io account). We’re mindful that customers want to continue using these workflows and want to make this migration experience a smooth one. We ask that annual customers with renewal dates prior to the product shutdown switch to a monthly plan if they wish to stay on the platform past renewal. Free and Monthly customers can continue in their subscription, though we ask that these customers offboard before October 31st. Starting 3rd May 2022, we will not be taking new customers or customer upgrades. To that end, we’ll continue to run the product for an additional 6 months (until October 31, 2022) to give our customers adequate time to exit the platform. We know that switching from a trusted integration provider can be difficult, and want to make your transition as easy as possible. How will this affect Automate.io customers?
